Olive Nerite Snail

This snail is a great algae eater. Generally will not touch plants and will eat most types of algae. If no algae is present the snail will have to be supplemented with blanched vegetables and Repashy Super Green. You can also feed these Dr. Bassleer Better Tabs.

Customers often ask how many nerites are sufficient for the tank . We suggest 1 snail for every 2-3 gallons
During the months of May-November these will ship the typical flat rate so they can be combined when you order dry goods and plants.
